How to obtain support.

Geomet provides support for your Geomet product over the web with the Geomet web site, contacting our support staff or submitting a service request.

When purchased, basic support coverage is provided based on the following table:

Software Level Initial Period * Contract Extension
Geomet Junior 30 Days 1 Year
Geomet 101 1 Year 1 Year
Geomet 301 1 Year 1 Year
Geomet 501 1 Year 1 Year

* This initial period is provided free with a purchase of a Helmel CMM or as a upgrading to an existing Helmel CMM.

Continued support is provided through the purchase of a Software Service Contract on a yearly basis.

Under most conditions, submitting a support request through the web is your first choice. When submitting a request, all our engineers receive the request and an action is started immediately. To submit a request, please use this form. To assist in describing your support request, please include a Inspection Program (yourfile.GMT) which will provide us added information to help resolve your request.
