GeoPlus
Junior now has access to the power of GeoPlus. These features include the following.
Feature Tagging:
A process of ‘tagging’ an attribute of a feature and applying print tags, SPC ASCII exporting and when active, GeoStat data gathering. An attribute is defined as a single value from the reported feature. For example: a 3D Point reports an X, Y and Z value. With feature tagging, you can select just the X value for reporting or exporting.
SPC ASCII Export:
Provides a function that will export the ‘tagged’ results to an ASCII text file for use with applications such as Excel Spreadsheets and many popular SPC software packages.
Circular Profile:
This function allows you to review graphically the data points of a previously measured or constructed circle. In the example below, you will notice which data points fall outside the nominal characteristics of a defined arc.
Libraries provides a tool used to extract features from an existing part program and store them in a separate database where you can retrieve them into an existing or new part program. The insertion of library features provides parametric support for updating tolerance values and motion path.
Through GeoPlus and DCC, you have access to a new
Circle motion path editor.
